WHAT: To allow Council to consider amendments to the Official Community Plan to streamline the Development Permit approvals process including proposed changes to sections on Definitions, Environment and Sustainability, Development Permit Areas, and Development Approvals Information.
INFORMATION:
Documents submitted with this application will be available:
• for review at Municipal Hall Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and statutory holidays
• by email request @ development@lakecountry.bc.ca.
The Council Agenda package including the staff report and documents submitted with the application will be published on the District of Lake Country website by the Wednesday prior to the Regular Council Meeting and no later than Friday prior to the Council Meeting.
