Parks & Picnic Areas

There are over 20 named parks in Lake Country and a number of other small road ends and unmaintained/naturalized pieces of publicly owned land designated as park space.

Lake Country is going through a Parks and Recreation Master Planning process including extensive public consultation with the community to set the direction for future development of parks and public amenities.

Kaloya and Kopje Regional Parks located in Lake Country are booked by the Regional District of the Central Okanagan.
