Highway 97 through Lake Country is owned and maintained by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure. The Highway 97 maintenance contractor is AIM Roads Inc. Please call 1 866 222-4204 if you have a concern regarding Highway 97 maintenance. [Note: Lake Country is included in the South Okanagan service area (SA08)].

Street Lighting
Lights on wooden poles are maintained by BC Hydro and streetlights on metal poles are maintained by the District. Please report any street lighting problems to the Engineering Department at 250-766-6677 or by completing a Service Request/Report a Problem form. If possible, mark the pole with a piece of ribbon or string to help our crews find the right location during the day time.
