Z0000279 | Zoning Amendment (C10 to C1) Bylaw 1235, 2024

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(3) and 467 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will not be held for the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1235 2024.

WHAT: The purpose of this proposed bylaw amendment is to rezone the subject property located at 3223 Woodsdale Road from C10 - Service Commercial to C1 - Town Centre Commercial

WHEN: Council is scheduled to consider the first, second, and third reading of the bylaw at the July 2, 2024 Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm. A live stream of the meeting can be viewed on the District’s website at calendar.lakecountry.bc.ca/meetings.

PROPERTY: 3223 Woodsdale Rd. Lake Country, BC.

INFORMATION: File materials are available at the Municipal Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and statutory holidays or by email request to admin@lakecountry.bc.ca. Any correspondence received in response to this Notice will be included in the Council Agenda package and published on the District of Lake Country website no later than Friday prior to the Council Meeting.
