Notice of a proposed road closure and disposition of land is given in accordance with Section 26 and 40 of the Community Charter.
WHAT: Bylaw 1234, 2024 proposes to close a 159.9 m2 section of road fronting 11441 Okanagan Centre Road West and to sell the land to the adjacent property owner, Allison Munro, to be consolidated with the owner’s lot. The District will receive $38,120.16 for the disposition of the land.
WHEN: Council will consider three readings of Bylaw 1234, 2024 at the August 20, 2024, Regular Council Meeting which will be held at Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.

INFORMATION: Correspondence received in response to this Notice will be distributed to Council and may be included in the Council Agenda package published on the website. Written submissions must be received by 4:30 p.m. August 20, 2024. Persons who consider they are affected will be provided an opportunity to make representations to Council.
