We’ve all heard it – If we don’t shop and buy local . . . it will be “bye local”.
In Lake Country we have so many great stores and services to choose from and as a community we must support local businesses to make sure they are successful and stay in the community.
Shopping Local Just Got a Whole Lot Better:
Need another reason to show your love and shop local? How about a chance to win one of seven great prizes? It’s easy. All you have to do is visit and make one purchase at each of the following types of stores or services in Lake Country:
- Farm Gate Trail Producer
- Winery, Winery Restaurant or Gift Shop on the Scenic Sip Trail – It does not have to be an alcoholic purchase
- Restaurant – Fine dining, fast food, mobile food vendor
- Retail Service Provider – Grocery store, clothing, bike rental, eye doctor, dentist . . . anything.
Once you have made the four purchases submit your entry:
Take a picture of the four receipts (for Farm Gate produce if you don’t have a receipt take a picture of what you bought). Email your name and phone number to: business@lakecountry.bc.ca
Or you can mail or bring your entry to Lake Country Municipal Hall.
Enter Often. There is no limit on the number of entries.
