Power restored in Winfield May 7 - Council meeting and Public Hearing proceeding on schedule

Despite a power outage in Winfield at 5:30pm Tuesday, May 7, the Lake Country Council meeting schedule continued on time with the use of a back-up generator; and with full power restored at 7:00pm the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting were able to proceed without delay.
