Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 464(1) and 466 of the Local Government Act (LGA) that a Public Hearing will be held for the proposed Official Community Plan Amendment (OPZ00002) Bylaw 1247, 2024 AND Zoning Amendment (OPZ00002) Bylaw 1248, 2024.
WHAT: The purpose of these proposed bylaw amendments is to change the future land use designation of the subject properties (9751 & 9819 Bottom Wood Lake Road) from Service Commercial to High Density Residential, and to rezone the subject properties from I1 – General Industrial to CD14 – Comprehensive Development 14 (Westpoint Apartment Housing) to support a multi-family residential development.
WHEN: Members of the public can attend the Public Hearing on January 21, 2025 at Lake Country Municipal Hall, 10150 Bottom Wood Lake Road at 7:00 pm.
