Development Variance Permit | DVP00410|11011 Okanagan Centre Road West
Council approved a variance to construct a three-storey single-family dwelling at 11011 Okanagan Centre Road West. A variance is required as the proposal exceeds the storey limit by half a storey. The proposed dwelling complies with height regulations in meters (6.61m, below the 9.5m maximum) and hillside sightlines.

Integrated Transit Strategy - Phase 3 Final Report (Implementation Plan) Adoption
Council adopted the Phase 3 Final Report (Implementation Plan) of the Integrated Transit Strategy.
Reserve Fund Amendment Bylaw 1273, 2025 and Reserve Fund Policy 195, 2022 Amendment
Council approved amending the Reserve Fund Policy 195, 2022 and that Bylaw 1273, 2025 be read three times. The 2024 Financial Plan will be amended to re-allocate $200,000 of the $240,000 Slop Stability capital project 24009 to the Slope Stability Reserve from the Financial Stabilization Reserve. A Slope Stability Reserve will be created, using $200,000 from a previous project budget and adding $100,000 annually to ensure funding for both preventative and reactive measures.
2024 – 2028 Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw 1274, 2025
Council gave three readings to the 2024-2028 Financial Plan Amendment Bylaw.
Subdivision and Development Servicing Amendment Bylaw 1269, 2025
Council gave three readings to the Subdivision and Development Servicing Amendment Bylaw 1269, 2025. The amendments are made to meet Bill 44 requirements for small-scale multi-unit housing, add flexibility in water and sewer servicing reviews and remove onsite water and sewer requirements, allowing design at a later stage and promoting connection to the District’s systems where feasible.
