Lake Country, BC – Tickets are available now for live performances in the New Year
“If you are looking for an outstanding ‘gift of entertainment’ for a special family member or friend, live performance tickets might be just the thing you are looking for,” said Creekside Theatre Manager and Cultural Development Coordinator, Ryan Donn. “At only $39-$49 per ticket (including all fees), performances have been selling out quickly in our comfortable 250 seat theatre with free parking and easy highway access.”
Jake Vaadeland performing Sunday, January 26th is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and songwriter with a unique style that is a blend of Bluegrass and 50s Rockabilly. His focus on storytelling with relatable messages and foot stomping, high energy music played by The Sturgeon River Boys will ensure all in the audience see why he took home four awards this year and was nominated for Best New Touring Artist at the Canadian Live Music Industry Awards.
“He is a unique rising artist that I’ve wanted to bring to the Creekside Theatre for a while,” said Ryan Donn. “We’ve been able to contract some terrific performers in between their gigs in Vancouver and Calgary or Edmonton. To me it’s been all about having a strategy to watch who is performing where so we can maximize their tour dates and bring high quality shows to the Okanagan for local audiences at a ticket price that is affordable.”
The ”Motown Get Down featuring: Krystle Dos Santos” on Saturday, March 1st will let audiences travel back into the 1960s Detroit as Motown powerhouse Krystle Dos Santos puts on an unforgettable performance, backed by a four-piece band featuring classics from the Supremes, Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight & the Pips and more.
Stephen Fearing brings his vivid, lyrical songs, elevated by his mastery of the guitar, to the Creekside Theatre stage Sunday, March 16. Fearing’s genre-busting music and storytelling consistently captivates audiences nationally and internationally. As a multi-JUNO award winner, having released 14 solo albums, he is one of Canada’s most acclaimed guitarists and musical visionaries, with a reputation for crafting impactful narratives that delve into the depths of human emotion.
